利用規約・投稿ポリシー
mendaXiv は、虚構、風刺、批評、パロディ、誤読、架空資料、偶然真実化した怪論考などを投稿・公開するためのプレプリント風アーカイブです。 本ページは、投稿作品の取扱いと禁止事項の基本方針を定めるものです。
本ページでは参考のため英語版も掲載していますが、解釈に相違がある場合は日本語版を正式な内容とします。
1. 投稿作品の性質
mendaXiv に投稿される作品は、虚構、風刺、批評、パロディ、創作、または破滅的読解として扱われます。 投稿者は、投稿作品が現実のニュース、実在する学術的事実、または公的発表そのものであるかのように誤認されないよう配慮してください。
2. 著作権
投稿作品の著作権は、投稿者または正当な権利者に残ります。 mendaXiv に投稿したことによって、投稿作品の著作権が mendaXiv に譲渡されることはありません。
3. mendaXiv への利用許諾
投稿者は、mendaXiv に対し、投稿作品を本サイト上で掲載、公開、保存、表示、紹介するための非独占的な利用を許諾するものとします。 この許諾には、投稿作品を mendaXiv の選集、特集、電子書籍、冊子、紹介記事、宣伝素材、告知素材等に再収録または利用することを含みます。
この利用許諾は非独占的なものです。投稿者は、同じ作品を他の媒体で公開、販売、再利用することができます。
4. 選集・電子書籍・冊子等への収録
mendaXiv は、投稿作品を選集、電子書籍、冊子、その他の編集企画に収録することがあります。 収益分配、原稿料、謝礼、その他の条件が発生する企画については、企画ごとに別途条件を定めます。
5. 禁止事項
以下の投稿は禁止します。
- 実在個人に対する虚偽の犯罪告発、違法行為の告発、重大な不正行為の告発
- 実在企業、団体、組織に対する事実無根の重大告発
- 現実のニュース記事、公的発表、報道、研究成果であるかのように偽装する投稿
- 読者に現実の医療、金融、法律、安全、災害、選挙等に関する事実情報または助言であると誤認させる投稿
- 第三者の著作権、商標権、プライバシー、名誉、信用その他の権利を侵害する投稿
- その他、mendaXiv の運営上不適切と判断される投稿
6. 表示・編集・削除
mendaXiv は、投稿作品が本ポリシーに違反する場合、または運営上必要と判断した場合、投稿作品の非公開化、取り下げ、撤回表示、削除、編集上の注記追加等を行うことがあります。
7. 企画ごとの条件
選集、電子書籍、冊子、商業利用、イベント、その他の特別企画については、本ページの基本方針に加えて、企画ごとに別途条件を提示する場合があります。 収益分配や原稿料が発生する場合も、企画ごとの条件によります。
8. 改定
mendaXiv は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。 重要な変更がある場合は、本サイト上で告知します。

1. Nature of Submissions
Works submitted to mendaXiv are treated as fiction, satire, criticism, parody, creative writing, or catastrophic interpretation. Authors should avoid presenting submissions as real news, established academic facts, or official public announcements.
2. Copyright
Copyright in submitted works remains with the author or other rightful owner. Submitting to mendaXiv does not transfer copyright to mendaXiv.
3. License to mendaXiv
Authors grant mendaXiv a non-exclusive license to publish, store, display, introduce, reprint, and use submitted works on the site and in mendaXiv anthologies, features, e-books, booklets, articles, promotional materials, and announcements.
This license is non-exclusive. Authors may publish, sell, or reuse the same work elsewhere.
4. Anthologies, E-books, And Booklets
mendaXiv may include submitted works in anthologies, e-books, booklets, or other editorial projects. Revenue sharing, manuscript fees, honoraria, and other commercial terms will be set separately for each project.
5. Prohibited Submissions
The following submissions are prohibited.
- False criminal, illegal conduct, or serious misconduct allegations against real individuals
- Baseless serious allegations against real companies, groups, or organizations
- Posts disguised as real news articles, official announcements, reporting, or research results
- Posts likely to be mistaken for factual information or advice about real-world medicine, finance, law, safety, disasters, elections, or similar topics
- Posts that infringe third-party copyright, trademarks, privacy, reputation, credit, or other rights
- Other posts mendaXiv determines to be inappropriate for operation of the service
6. Display, Editing, And Removal
mendaXiv may unpublish, withdraw, mark as retracted, delete, or add editorial notes to submitted works when they violate this policy or when necessary for operation of the service.
7. Project-Specific Terms
Anthologies, e-books, booklets, commercial use, events, and other special projects may have separate terms in addition to this policy. Revenue sharing and manuscript fees, if any, depend on those project-specific terms.
8. Revisions
mendaXiv may revise this policy as needed. Important changes will be announced on this site.
